Common use of Consideration for Services Clause in Contracts

Consideration for Services. In consideration for the economic development services in Attachment A to be provided by GAHCC to CITY, CITY shall pay the stated amount in Attachment A to GAHCC upon the satisfactory completion of the stated deliverables. A. The total amount of all deliverables shall not exceed Thirty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($33,750.00) for the twelve month period beginning October 1, 2008. These amounts shall be paid to the GAHCC by CITY following completion of an audit of all eligible reimbursement expenses submitted to the CITY for payment in accordance with the contract. GAHCC shall segregate matching funds in a separate GAHCC operating fund and withdraw funds for contract related expenditures. GAHCC shall provide CITY with financial statements/reports that prove fund matching by GAHCC as requested and needed by CITY. C. CITY funds provided to GAHCC shall be used only for economic development activities and programs in accordance with Texas law and in accordance with the Champion Arlington Economic Development Strategy. D. It is recognized that all payments from CITY to GAHCC are subject to appropriation of funding in the annual budget of CITY as adopted each year by the City Council. CITY funds provided to GAHCC shall be used only for specific services described in Article II, above, and as may be amended by mutual agreement of both CITY and GAHCC. CITY funds provided to GAHCC hereunder shall not be used to support generally any other activities of GAHCC or to support generally the GAHCC.
