Common use of CONSIDERATION OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

CONSIDERATION OF THE CONTRACT. This contract is personal and non-transferable. It guarantees the Resident a license to occupy and use a space on campus (not a particular room, residence hall, or roommate choice). The University reserves the right to make all hall and room assignments and to make any subsequent changes considered advisable or necessary. Residents are not permitted to assign or sublease their issued only after the University has officially accepted a student for admission.
