Consignment Fee. The employee who has been instructed to be available for work is entitled to the following payment for the hours for which they have been available in accordance with the instruction. This allowance amounts to € 3.09 gross per hour with a maximum of € 24.72 gross per 24 hours. The following conditions apply: a. the employee must have been informed in advance that he must be available to work for a certain period of time determined in advance and must answer a call to start the shift. b. the employee is not eligible for the on-call allowance if he is on duty and in the company premises and/or in or around the vehicle. c. the employee shall also not be eligible for the on-call allowance if he receives a one- off call for duty at a specific time in any 24-hour period. d. there can be no concurrence of salary and/or other allowances with this on-call allowance.
