Common use of Consignments Clause in Contracts

Consignments. Except for Inventory with an aggregate market value of less than $500,000, consign any of their Inventory or sell any of their Inventory on ▇▇▇▇ and hold, sale or return, sale on approval, or other conditional terms of sale.

Consignments. Consignments. Except for Inventory with an aggregate market value of less than $500,000, consign any of their Consign Inventory or sell any of their Inventory in an aggregate amount greater than $60,000 on ▇▇▇▇ and hold, sale or return, sale on approval, or other conditional terms of sale.
