CONSISTENT CHANGES. The Existing Loan Documents are hereby amended wherever necessary to reflect the changes described above. Without limiting the foregoing, from and after the First Loan Modification Execution Date, each reference to the phrase "Agreement" in the Loan Agreement or "Loan Agreement" in any of the other Loan Documents shall mean the Loan Agreement as modified by this Loan Modification Agreement.
