Consistent Terms. No Units are being issued and sold at the Closing other than pursuant to the Agreement and if Celtrix shall enter into any other agreement, side letter or other understanding with any Purchaser listed on Exhibit A or any other purchaser containing additional or contrary undertakings or terms to those contained herein in connection with the issuance and sale of Units at the Closing, Celtrix shall make such undertakings or terms available to each other Purchaser.
