Consolidated EBITDA to Fixed Charges Ratio. Borrower shall not permit the ratio of Consolidated EBITDA for the then most recently completed twelve (12) month period to Fixed Charges for the then most recently completed twelve (12) month period to be less than 1.50:1.
Consolidated EBITDA to Fixed Charges Ratio. CHC shall maintain at the end of each Fiscal Quarter for the four Fiscal Quarter period ending (a) on December 31, 2008 and the last day of each Fiscal Quarter ending thereafter through the Fiscal Quarter ending on December 31, 2009, a ratio of Consolidated EBITDA to Fixed Charges equal to or greater than 1.50 to 1.00; and (b) on March 31, 2010, and the last day of each Fiscal Quarter ending thereafter, a ratio of Consolidated EBITDA to Fixed Charges equal to or greater than 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio as of the end of any Measurement Period ending as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 1.25 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated EBITDA With respect to any period, an amount equal to the EBITDA of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period determined on a Consolidated basis.

  • Fixed Charges Coverage Ratio The Company will not permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00, determined based on information for the most recent fiscal quarter annualized.

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 4.50:1.00.
