Permit The Company will not permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio as at the last day of any time fiscal quarter of the Company to be less than (i) 1.00 to 1.00, as at the ratios and for last day of the periods set forth below: Closing Date through and including March fiscal quarters ending on or nearest to September 30, 2011 1.10 to 1.00 2022, December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2011 through 2023 (or, with respect to any other Section of this Agreement requiring compliance with this Section 7.11 (other than Section 6.01(c)), 1.50 to 1.00) and including March (ii) 1.50 to 1.00, as at the last day of the fiscal quarter ending on or nearest to June 30, 2012 1.15 to 1.00 March 31, 2012 2023 and thereafter 1.20 to 1.00each quarter thereafter.
