Common use of Consolidated Utilities Billing Four-Day Workweek Schedule Clause in Contracts

Consolidated Utilities Billing Four-Day Workweek Schedule. Effective April 1, 1991, at the option of the County and the Municipal Services Agency, a supervisor of the Consolidated Utility Billing Section may be assigned to work ten (10) hours per day, four (4) days per week. Four-day workweek shall be subject to the following policies: (1) An employee shall earn overtime compensation in accordance with Section 4.1, except that such overtime shall be earned when an employee works in excess of ten (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. (2) Sick leave with pay shall be accrued, accumulated and taken in accordance with Section 8.3 of this Agreement. (3) Vacation leave with pay shall be accrued and used in accordance With Sections 8.1 and 8.2.
