Common use of Construction Advance Requests Clause in Contracts

Construction Advance Requests. LRC must make a written request (a “Construction Advance Request”) for any Construction Advance, specifying the amount of such advance, at least five Business Days prior to the Advance Date upon which the advance is to be paid. To be effective for purposes of this Agreement, a Construction Advance Request must be in substantially the form attached as Exhibit C.
