Construction Dates/Description of Facilities. NYSEG, in consultation with TrAILCo, shall select the Outage Start Date. NYSEG and TrAILCo shall mutually select the Initial Energization Date and the Commercial Operation Date for completion of the System Upgrade Facilities set forth in Appendix A hereto, including Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities, and such dates shall be set forth in Appendix B hereto.
