Common use of Construction Dates Clause in Contracts

Construction Dates. CenterPoint shall use commercially reasonable efforts to commence relocation of the Facilities within 25 days after the last receipt by CenterPoint of the following items: i) the Agreement executed by the Property Owner, ii) the Upfront Payment from the Property Owner pursuant to Section 3, iii) any required Authorizations, and iv) if requested from Property Owner pursuant to Section 7, a Subject Property Easement (the last date of such receipt, the “Start Date”). CenterPoint shall notify the Property Owner when the Facilities are completed.
