Common use of Construction Document Phase Clause in Contracts

Construction Document Phase. 2.4.1 Upon approval of the Analysis/Inspection/Schematic Phase by the Owner, the Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner four (4) copies of working drawings and specifications detailing and prescribing the Work to be accomplished including materials; workmanship; finishes; mechanical and electrical systems; special equipment; general, special, and Supplementary Conditions of the Agreement Between the Owner and the Contractor and any and all other information required for receiving bids on the Project and subsequent preparation of Shop Drawings and detailed drawings. 2.4.2 After receiving a reviewed copy of the Construction Documents by the Owner, the Professional shall complete the Construction Documents to conform with the review comments and furnish four (4) final copies to the Owner prior to release of Documents for bids. 2.4.3 The Professional shall furnish complete sets of plans, specifications, and other Bid Documents as are necessary for bidding purposes.
