CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION PLAN. Contractor shall submit for approval by JWA a Construction Execution Plan (CEP) for the work within ten (10) calendar days of the Contract Award Date in accordance with the General Requirements. JWA shall have up to 14 calendar days to approve or disapprove such plan. The failure by the Contractor to submit an acceptable CEP as provided hereinabove, or meet the CEP requirements of this Agreement, shall be grounds for JWA to reject, in its entirety, any request for payment by the Contractor, withhold payments due to the Contractor, and order that all work be stopped. Should JWA stop work, such work may only resume upon Contractor Contractor is not entitled to damages as a result of such stoppage of work.
