Construction, Improvements, and Alterations. 7.1 Protection of Center Facility. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to use reasonable and professional care and skill to protect the Center Premises at all times. Further, the CONTRACTOR shall use care to protect and preserve all alterations, additions and improvements made by the City to the Center. CONTRACTOR agrees not to alter any existing improvements on the Center Premises, except in accordance with written permission and/or plans and specifications previously submitted and approved in writing by the Contract Administrator or other designated City representative.
