Common use of Construction of Certain References Clause in Contracts

Construction of Certain References. All references in this Agreement to: (a) other capitalised terms not defined in this Agreement are to those terms as defined in the Conditions; (b) principal and interest in respect of the Bonds shall be construed in accordance with the Conditions; and (c) costs, charges, remuneration or expenses include any value added, turnover or similar tax charged in respect thereof.
