Construction of Certain References. If any Lender assigns all or any part of its rights or novates all or any part of its rights, benefits and obligations as provided in clause 16.3 or 16.4 all relevant references in this Agreement to such Lender shall thereafter be construed as a reference to such Lender and/or its Assignee or Substitute (as the case may be) to the extent of their respective interests.
