Common use of Construction of Infrastructure Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Infrastructure Improvements. LPS and City shall cause their respective implementation and construction of infrastructure improvements, as may be amended or modified from time to time, shown on Exhibit “D”. The parties understand and agree that the City has provided to LPS a temporary easement to enable LPS to cause the implementation and construction of those elements of the infrastructure improvements located on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park Property.
