Common use of Construction of Language Clause in Contracts

Construction of Language. The language used in these General Conditions shall be construed as a whole according to its plain meaning, and not strictly for or against any party. Such construction shall, however, construe language to interpret the intent of the parties giving due consideration to the order of precedence noted in Article 2C, Intent of Documents.
