Common use of Construction of Minimum Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Minimum Improvements. Developer agrees that it will cause the Minimum Improvements to be constructed on the Development Property in conformance with the Construction Plans submitted to the City. Developer agrees that the scope and scale of the Minimum Improvements to be constructed shall not be significantly less than the scope and scale of the Minimum Improvements as detailed and outlined in the Construction Plans, and shall require a total investment of approximately $6,000,000.

(b) The Developer and the City.
