Common use of Construction of Minimum Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Minimum Improvements. The Developer agrees that it will construct the Minimum Improvements in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and will at all times during the term of this Agreement operate and maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause such improvements to be maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, in good repair and condition.

Construction of Minimum Improvements. (a) The Developer agrees that it will construct the Minimum Improvements on the Development Property in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement Construction Plans and will at all times during the term of this Agreement operate and maintain, preserve and keep the Minimum Improvements or cause such improvements the Minimum Improvements to be maintained, preserved and kept with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, thereof in good repair and condition.
