Construction Operations. Construction operations shall be planned and organized to minimize conflicts with railroad operations. All operations are to be conducted in accordance with CSXT Safe Way policies and procedures, and are subject to CSXT approval. 1. Pre-construction conferences shall be held prior to beginning work on the right of way. Additional progress meetings and/or teleconferences may be required during the course of the work. Coordination shall be provided as outlined in CSXT MWI 1905. Complete work schedules will be presented at the pre-construction conference. The schedules are to be updated monthly at a minimum. 2. All construction operations shall be conducted in compliance with CSXT MWI 1905 and the CSXT Fiber Optic Program Safety Requirements approved 09-09-98, refer to Attachment No.
