Construction Operations. Construction activities that include significant noise generating activities will generally occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., unless dusk occurs later. While not anticipated, in the event construction needs to occur outside of these hours or after dusk, residences within ¼ mile of where such activities are actually occurring within the Site will be notified. Developer shall not deploy significant noise generating mechanisms to protect the solar array from damage during hailstorms, such as the use of so called “cranberry cannons” or similar devices.
