Common use of Construction Practice Clause in Contracts

Construction Practice. The Company shall perform the Design/Build Work in accordance with the Contract Standards and shall have exclusive responsibility for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures necessary or desirable for the correct, prompt, and orderly prosecution and completion of the Design/Build Work as required by this Agreement. The responsibility to provide the construction means, methods techniques, sequences and procedures referred to above shall include, but shall not be limited to, the obligation of the Company to provide the following construction requirements: (1) temporary power and light, (2) temporary offices and construction trailers, (3) required design certifications,
