Common use of Construction; Severability Clause in Contracts

Construction; Severability. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. It is agreed to by the parties that if any covenant, condition or provision contained in this Agreement is held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.
