Consultant Guidelines Clause Samples

The 'Consultant Guidelines' clause sets out the rules and standards that consultants must follow when providing their services under the agreement. It typically outlines expectations regarding professional conduct, compliance with applicable laws, and adherence to company policies or industry best practices. For example, it may require consultants to maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, or follow specific reporting procedures. The core function of this clause is to ensure that consultants perform their duties in a manner consistent with the client's requirements and to mitigate risks associated with improper or unprofessional conduct.
