Consultation and Testing. If Contractor reasonably believes that Contractor's or OHA’s data transactions system or other application of HIPAA privacy or security compliance policy may result in a violation of HIPAA requirements, Contractor shall promptly consult the OHA HIPAA officer. Contractor or OHA may initiate a request for testing of HIPAA transaction requirements, subject to available resources and OHA testing schedule.
