Common use of Consulting and Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Consulting and Professional Services. TDS hereby agrees to perform the consulting and/or professional services that are set forth in one or more statements of work attached hereto and incorporated herein as exhibit(s) (each, a “PURCHASE ORDER”). The services described in a PURCHASE ORDER (the “Services”) shall be performed subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and such PURCHASE ORDER.
