CONSULTING PROFESSIONALS. 5.3.1 The Consulting Professionals retained or otherwise employed by the Professional must be approved by the Owner. The Professional shall not employ or otherwise retain consulting Professionals with proprietary interests. 5.3.2 The Professional agrees to employ the Consultants for complete services, including inspection.
