Consummation of Acquisition Pursuant to Right of First Refusal. If the Company, pursuant to the Company Notice, accepts such offer to purchase all of the Disposition Properties, the Company and the Executive shall close the sale of the Disposition Properties within forty-five (45) days after receipt of the Company Notice by the Executive, subject to any applicable waiting period prescribed by law, rule or regulation.
