Common use of Consummation of Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Consummation of Acquisition. The Permitted Acquisition shall have been, or shall be concurrently with the making of such Acquisition Loans, consummated in accordance with the terms of the Acquisition Documents therefor, without any material amendment thereto or modification or waiver thereof, except with the consent of the Required Lenders and with notice of all amendments thereto and modifications and waivers thereof, and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to it to that effect.

Consummation of Acquisition.
