Common use of Consummation of Other Transactions Clause in Contracts

Consummation of Other Transactions. All conditions to the ---------------------------------- consummation of the transactions (the "Other Transactions") to be effected pursuant to the Contribution Agreement, the CBN Stock Purchase Agreement and the Regent Stock Purchase Agreement (collectively, the "Other Transaction Agreements") shall have been satisfied or waived by the applicable party, and the parties to such Other Transaction Agreements shall have consummated such Other Transactions simultaneously with or prior to the sale of the Shares to the Purchaser as contemplated hereby.
