Common use of Consummation of the Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Consummation of the Arrangement. At the Closing, the parties hereto will cause the Arrangement to be consummated by filing with the Registrar the Articles of Arrangement in such form as required by, and executed in accordance with, the relevant provisions of the ABCA and the Final Order.
