Common use of Consummation of the Asset Purchase Clause in Contracts

Consummation of the Asset Purchase. All the conditions to closing set forth in Sections 10.1 and 10.3 of the Asset Purchase Agreement shall have been satisfied and the transactions contemplated in the Asset Purchase Agreement shall have been consummated substantially on the terms set forth therein.
