Common use of CONTACTS WITH CUSTOMERS Clause in Contracts

CONTACTS WITH CUSTOMERS. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Charter shall provide the exclusive interface with Charter’s End User Customers in connection with the marketing or offering of Charter services. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in those instances where CenturyTel personnel are required pursuant to this Agreement to interface directly with Charter’s End User Customers for the purpose of installation, repair and/or maintenance of services, such personnel shall not identify themselves as representing CenturyTel. Nothing in this section shall require CenturyTel to repaint trucks or other equipment, or to remove, hide or cover logos or other identifying marks from any vehicles, equipment, uniforms or other items used or owned by CenturyTel or CenturyTel personnel to effect service calls.
