Container Labels Sample Clauses
The Container Labels clause sets requirements for the labeling of containers used in the shipment or storage of goods. It typically specifies what information must appear on each label, such as product description, quantity, handling instructions, or regulatory compliance marks, and may dictate the format, language, or placement of these labels. By standardizing labeling practices, this clause ensures that containers are easily identifiable and handled correctly, reducing the risk of misdelivery, mishandling, or regulatory issues.
