Objective–describes the purpose of the methodology. 2. Sampling rationale–defines which loads will be sampled. 3. Sampling allocation–describes the number of samples required to provide a sufficient level of accuracy in findings. 4. Test procedures–describes sampling and sorting activities for each load.
