Common use of Contemplated Sequence of Events Clause in Contracts

Contemplated Sequence of Events. The sequence of events contemplated by this Agreement is as follows: (a) Second and final reading of the Annexation Ordinance; (b) Approval of this Agreement by the City Council and Owner; (c) Submission of zoning application by Owner; (d) Beginning of public hearings and process to adopt an ordinance zoning the Property; and (e) Second and final reading of an ordinance zoning the Property.

Contemplated Sequence of Events. The sequence of events contemplated by this Agreement is as follows: (a) Second and final reading of the Annexation Ordinanceannexation ordinance and zoning ordinance; (b) Approval of this Agreement by the City Council and the Owner; (c) Submission Approval of zoning application by Owner;the Chapter 380 agreement; and (d) Beginning Submittal and concurrent review of public hearings concept plan, preliminary plat(s), final plat(s) and process to adopt an ordinance zoning the Property; and (e) Second and final reading of an ordinance zoning subdivision construction plans for the Property.
