Contemplated Sequence of Events. The sequence of events contemplated by this Agreement is as follows: (a) Second and final reading of the Annexation Ordinance; (b) Approval of this Agreement by the City Council and Owner; (c) Submission of zoning application by Owner; (d) Beginning of public hearings and process to adopt an ordinance zoning the Property; and (e) Second and final reading of an ordinance zoning the Property.
