Content and Delivery. Short report (2-3 pages) to detail the progress of the Project, lessons, challenges, solutions and opportunities. The report should include the following content as a minimum: Project background; executive summary; key learnings (e.g., technical / financial / economic / commercial / social / regulatory / logistical / risk / other); and insights into total cost of ownership in respect of each ▇▇▇ asset and resale value; insights into interactions with distributed network service providers in respect of on-site electricity connection; and conclusion and next steps. KS[#] – Infrastructure Design Report (public) [Drafting note: Not applicable to studies.] Purpose: Document findings in respect of the construction and commissioning phases of the Project, in particular, the design and delivery requirements for the implementation of an EV fleet. It should include the following content at a minimum: key considerations in respect of the: design; and implementation, in each case, of the infrastructure required to accommodate the EV fleet; findings in respect of (as applicable): site design changes / upgrades / additions; changes to electricity infrastructure at the main charging sites of the Project; procurement and installation of the charging infrastructure; and/or other software / hardware upgrades; and grid integration considerations. KS[#] – Change Management Report (public) [Drafting note: Not applicable to studies.] Purpose: Documents findings in connection with managing the transition to an EV fleet. It should include the following content at a minimum: key findings and experiences in connection with changing the fleet composition; unanticipated challenges; unanticipated benefits and positive experiences; and driver behaviours. KS[#] - Mid-Project Knowledge Sharing Update (public, or as agreed with ARENA) [Drafting note: Not applicable to demonstration and deployment projects, or studies shorter than 12 months.] Purpose: Document challenges and learnings from the first half of the Project.
