Content of Outage Plan. As a minimum, the Outage Plan must include, but is not limited to, the following: (a) proposed Scheduled Outages and dates on which Scheduled Outages will occur for at least 14 months in advance; (b) the items of the Negotiated Assets, DCA or [Customer / Generator] Facility (as applicable), or associated plant and equipment that will be unavailable during the Scheduled Outage; (c) a description of the maintenance or other work that will be carried out on the relevant assets, plant or equipment; (d) the anticipated duration of the Scheduled Outage; (e) any necessary activities that a party must carry out in relation to a Scheduled Outage; (f) restoration plan if restoration time is greater than 2 hours; (g) any contingency plans; and (h) any other items as agreed between the parties.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
