Content of Owner Authorization. Whenever Owner authorizes Design-Builder to perform Work on a time-and-material basis, Owner’s authorization shall clearly state: a. Scope: Scope of Work to be performed; b. Reimbursement basis: Type of reimbursement including pre-agreed rates, if any, for material quantities or labor; and c. Reimbursement limit: Cost limit of reimbursement.
