Common use of Content of Services Clause in Contracts

Content of Services. 4.1 ~sedna shall provide the customer with ready-to-install updates and upgrades in object code via download for the ~sedna product specified in the contract. The customer has no claim to the provision of the source code. ~sedna shall notify the customer of the provision of updates and upgrades by e- mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. 4.2 Updates and upgrades shall be made only in relation to the software version provided by ~sedna immediately prior to this. 4.3 The user documentation belonging to the relevant ~sedna product shall be correspondingly updated by ~sedna within the scope of updates and upgrades and shall be made available to the customer together with the update or upgrade in digital form as an "Online Manual". 4.4 Installation and configuration services, consulting services, as well as services for the restoration of data inventories, are not included in the subject-matter of the contract, but may be agreed separately between the parties. 4.5 The provisions of the ▇▇▇▇ shall apply to the use of updates and upgrades.
