Content of the employment contract. Upon taking up employment, the employer is required to enter into a written employment contract with the employee. This agreement must be based on this collective labour agreement (CLA). - The employer shall at least state in the employment contract: - the date of employment - the duration (fixed-term or permanent) - the working hours in force at the start of the employment contract - the number of hours per week - the job classification and the corresponding wage group (according to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇); - the region and property where the employee works at the start of the employment contract.
