Common use of Content Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Content Responsibility. (a) BBN PLANET RESPONSIBILITY. Customer acknowledges and agrees that BBN Planet has no responsibility for the content of transmissions by Customer and End Users which may pass through the Network. (b) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY. Customer agrees that it will not use Services for illegal purposes, to transmit threatening, obscene or harassing materials, or to interfere or disrupt network End Users, services, or equipment. Disruptions include, but are not limited to, distribution of chain letters, propagation of computer worms and viruses, and using the Service to make unauthorized entry to any other machine accessible via the Network.
