Common use of CONTENTS OF CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

CONTENTS OF CERTIFICATE. Until otherwise determined by the Trustee, each Unit Certificate shall legibly set forth on the face thereof, INTER ALIA, the following: a) the name of the Fund and the words "a trust created under the laws of the Province of Alberta by a Trust Indenture dated as of December 2, 1988" or words of like effect; b) the name of the Person to whom the Unit Certificate is issued as Unitholder; c) the number of Units represented thereby and that the Units represented thereby are fully paid; d) subject to subsection 13.03(e), that the Units represented thereby are transferable; e) if there are any restrictions on the transferability of such Units, the nature of such restrictions; f) if the Units represented thereby are convertible into any other security of the Fund, that such Units are convertible upon the terms set out in this Indenture; and g) The Units represented by this certificate are issued upon the terms and subject to the conditions of the Trust Indenture, which Trust Indenture is binding upon all holders of Units and, by acceptance of this certificate, the holder assents to the terms and conditions of the Trust Indenture. A copy of the Trust Indenture pursuant to which this certificate and the Units represented thereby are issued may be obtained by any Unitholder on demand and without fee from the head office of the Fund." or words of like effect. Until otherwise determined by the Trustee, each such Unit Certificate shall legibly set forth on the face or the reverse side thereof, INTER ALIA, an appropriate form of notice of exercise of right of redemption. The Unit Certificates may be engraved, printed or lithographed, or partly in one form and partly in another, as the Corporation may determine.
