Common use of Contents of Posting Clause in Contracts

Contents of Posting. A job posting for an operational non-supervisory position shall include the following information: (1) position title, classification and location; (2) essential qualifications (including any medical, linguistic requirements or security clearance required); (3) area of selection; (4) salary range; (5) summary of duties of the position; (6) particular working conditions such as any shift work or need to travel; (7) closing date of competition; (8) name, address and phone number of person to whom the application should be directed; (9) that Statements of Qualifications for the position are available on request; and (10) that applications must be transmitted by midnight on the closing date.
