Contents of Reports. The Recipient must comply with any direction the Commonwealth may issue in writing to the Recipient in respect of a Report the Recipient is required to provide under clause 11.2 specifying: (a) a format for the Report (or for part of the Report); and (b) information the Recipient is to include in the Report (or part of the Report); and (c) the person or persons who are to certify that information contained in a Report (or part of a report) is accurate. For the purposes of clause 11.3, the Commonwealth will be taken to have issued a direction in writing concerning a matter referred to in clause 11.3 if it includes that information in a Guideline or any similar document and that document is available to the Recipient.
