Common use of CONTINGENCY CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

CONTINGENCY CLAUSE. Funding for this Agreement is contingent on the availability of funds and continued authorization for program activities and this Agreement is subject to amendment or termination due to lack of funds, reduction of funds and/or change in program requirements and/or regulations, upon thirty (30) calendar days’ notice. The Consultant and the City agree that it is not intended that any provision of this Agreement establishes a third party beneficiary giving or allowing any claim or right of action whatsoever by any third party under this Agreement.
