Common use of Contingency Fees Clause in Contracts

Contingency Fees. The Consultant represents and warrants that the Consultant has not employed or retained any entity or person (other than a bona fide employee working solely for the Consultant) to solicit or secure this Agreement, and that the Consultant has not paid or agreed to pay any entity or person (other than a bona fide employee working solely for the Consultant) any fee, commission, percentage, gift, or any other consideration contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this Agreement.
