Common use of CONTINGENT FEES Clause in Contracts

CONTINGENT FEES. The Contractor warrants that no person or selling agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this agreement upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee, except bona fide employees of the Contractor or bona fide established commercial or selling agencies maintained by the Contractor for the purpose of securing business.

CONTINGENT FEES. The Contractor warrants that no person or selling agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this agreement Contract upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee, except bona fide employees of the Contractor or bona fide established commercial or selling agencies maintained by the Contractor for the purpose of securing business.

A breach or bona fide established commercial or selling agencies maintained by the Contractor for the purpose violation of securing businessthis warrant is an Event of Default.
